In my experience, bumetanide seems to be efficient in autism without any age limitation, so it may be tried in the case of a 12 years boy. It seems to be efficient with posology of 1/2 mg third a day and effects are retarded (betwen 2 and 4 month). The principals side effects are diuretic and loss of potassium which need a plasmatic checking. You will find attached to this mail our first article.
