Bertelli per le precisazioni.</span><div class=""><span style="font-size: 14px;" class="">Per quanto concerne la mia esperienza mi viene da dire che è anche necessario analizzare con cura cosa produce la crisi comportamentale per scegliere se somministrare un farmaco e quale farmaco somministrare.</span></div><div class=""><span style="font-size: 14px;" class="">Io attualmente ho un paziente di 17 anni che periodicamente produce comportamenti aggressivi verso sua madre e verso alcune persone che vede all’interno di gruppi. Ora, siccome lui è un disegnatore incredibile che funziona fondamentalmente per immagini, ho il dubbio che il suo comportamento aggressivo sia prodotto da una disperazione visiva (prima del comportamento aggressivo si ferma, torna indietro di qualche passo, allarga gli occhi). Ho parlato così con un mio collega psichiatra per capire quale degli antipsicotici è più efficace nei confronti di questo aspetto. Inoltre, nel considerare la probabile necessità di una terapia farmacologica devo per forza considerare anche il fatto di non appiattire la sua capacità di disegno.
